Compare where distributed storage is accumulating, separate installation flow from installed stock, and identify markets where adoption evidence has materially changed.
Official small-scale records are revised and arrive with a lag. Each edition therefore names the source vintage, preserves prior observations and distinguishes installations recorded in the period from cumulative installed stock. A silent overwrite is treated as a data-quality failure.

The first national edition remains in preparation until the postcode crosswalk and source-vintage checks pass. The existing SWIS Rooftop Solar Atlas is the public proof of the geographic method.
The scope becomes a named entitlement and versioned release. Public findings remain open and independent.
