The highest 2025 price was printed as Dublin at 0.451; in the panel it is Berlin at 0.436, with Dublin at 0.367, so the 2025 span is a little over seventy-fold where roughly seventy-five-fold was printed. South Asia was printed as the lowest region at 0.064, with Western Europe's 0.319 roughly five times it; the panel puts MENA lowest at 0.072 and Western Europe at 0.329, about four and a half times MENA.
